Ive had luck with chat also even to the point they fixed a stuck update and repushed it while i was chatting. If the service center told you they had parts i would swing by there and call the number on the door.

I would email them and make sure they ordered it. Mine didnt come in time for my appt and they pushed me out three weeks which makes me think they never ordered it when i made the appt a few weeks earlier.

Tried to get mine done and had a service appt for this morning. An hour before the appt they told me they didnt have a computer and the order didnt arrive over the weekend and pushed my appt out three weeks. To be continued....

been driving an MCU1 X for 2 weeks while Tesla has my 3. Cant wait to get my 3 back.

I changed to tri motor and res # stayed the same.

21k miles just wrinkles in the seat bottoms and Tesla said they are normal

Everything was good with range until i updated to 2019.12 and its never seen 310 since at 100% SOC. I charged from 20% to 100 this week and only got 288 miles.

I have 19 inch sport wheels and have rear bumper damage.

Super happy with mine and took about 45 minutes. EVWraps and it sticks much better than the last wrap i can see this lasting.

I bought FSD and have been tracking when i get the updates vs my non FSD purchasing friends. For most i get it ~24hrs earlier. Ive seen them get it as soon as 4hrs after me on critical patches.

Work parking lot and we still have about 5 more not in the pic.

My smell keeps coming back. I have had the SC replace the filters on the last visit. I need to make another appointment. I’ve had them clean it and I cleaned it yet it still returns.

Thanks Shimmy. im going to use 3m adhesion promoter on the trunk lid and do the same thing with the heat gun this weekend. i buffed off my ceramic coating last night so fingers crossed.

Ive seen video's of the latest installations and the mobile SC tech heated the trunk lid and tape with a heat gun. Also used 3m adhesion promoter so i will try and install mine this week using those steps.

Could be worse mine doesn't have a plate. its blank on an October build.

Just finished mine and worked on the first try. When installing the kick sensor. My tip is tape up the quarter panels above the bumper lip. There is a metal clip on the bumper that can scratch the paint. Took 5 hours total but worth it.

Thunder has been setting mine off. Seems a little sensitive

If it were me I would buy the air filter from the service center for 35 bucks and replace it yourself. It’s not difficult and the tesla maintenance page has instructions.

Maybe it was the MSDOS format on the mac but my flac files would hang randomly. Once i used the different formatter its never done it since.

i had this same issue with exfat format and FLAC. once i downloaded FAT32 GUI Formatter and used that havent had the issue anymore.

Mine did the same thing after 2019.16.2 from 310 to 302 @ 100% SOC and i had the SC run a CAC test and everything showed normal. currently charging to 304 @ 100% SOC. i am trying to calibrate now.

happened to me and i went to the Tesla support chat and asked them to push the update again. they did and it was fixed in 15 minutes. i sat there and watched the bar progress and complete.

Change your auto open distance and reset the location to the bottom of your driveway. It works great for me

I went to the service center to have them address the smell. they told me the late 2018 cars needed to have their system cleaned since they ran their AC prior to the firmware fix that runs the fan after you exit the car to dry out the system. Snippet from the service log. Removed and cleaned...

I did try it and it seemed to be close but not a perfect match. I think the paint code is correct. Just maybe try another vendor
