No once I unmount it from dash cash and plug into an android phone I dl an app called "TeslaCam" to review the files. I can only see the videos when the car is parked not when it is in motion do I need to reformat the SanDisk Card?

I use the SanDisk 256 high endurance but having an issue with it playing videos while driving. Because it doesn't save them into a folder I have a folder called TeslaCam can someone assist.

Only issue I am having is the card isn't recoding anything while the car is in motion.

have you tried to reformat the card? are you using IOS or Windows?

No mine hasn't.

After installing a Mirco ScanDisk Pro It is not able to read any videos because they are "black" while the car is in motion but on an External ScanDisk 550 I can see both which is odd. Has anyone had this issue? Both have "TeslaCam" file listed

Now my model S the console is blk this morning tesla doesn't know how to fix anything and it never turned on. It's not that I am either the screen freeze or turn blk so tesla informed me install a smaller HD which I find completely false.

My screen has been still been turning blk or would freeze so yesterday tesla informed me that I need to install a smaller HD. They also reboot my car down and had me update it yesterday to fix this error. I've kept all issues record on my phone since day one which has been over #25

I guess I will and see if this will resolve my issue. I was so upset with the service department today.

I have a 500gb which works very well, but today my service department tells me that you are only supposed to only have a 32gb. In which I find odd.
