Auto headlights with wipers function deleted

Tesla could easily make "Auto Headlights in Rain/Snow" a screen option and that would provide the original functionality for those that want it (or have to have it due to state laws).

Auto headlights with wipers function deleted

Thanks for posting. I had the exact same issue except I also had a Florida Highway Patrol car behind me while I was trying voice commands and fiddling with the screen trying to get the headlights on in pouring rain and heavy traffic. I didn't realize my headlights were not on at first, since...

Auto headlights with wipers function deleted

In FL you can be stopped and ticketed for not having headlights in the rain.

Auto headlights with wipers function deleted

The same just happened to me yesterday in heavy rain and heavy traffic. I had a FHP cop behind me and I noticed that my headlights had not switched on like they normally do. If Florida that's the law and a ticketable offense. I tried a voice command because I didn't want to fiddle with the...

Tesla’s Accident Rate on Autopilot Nearly 9 Times Better than National Average

Could this be skewed a little since Autopilot is primarily used on freeways, and the accident rate is being compared with all driving scenarios? Not trying to put a damper on the news - just trying to compare similar items.

MASTER THREAD: all Smart Summon-related posts go here

Here's a recent video from the rear Tesla Model 3 camera, capturing a typical parking lot scenario when I was in control. I'm curious how Tesla Smart Summon would handle this situation.

    MASTER THREAD: Auto Wiper issues

Yesterday I got 2019.32.2.1. Today I was driving when a light rain began, and the Auto Wipers worked! This is the first time in the 14 months I've had the Model 3 that I did not have to manually activate the wipers. Hope it stays that way.

Musk Teases Features of Tesla’s Version 10 Software

Features I would like to see: - Voice commands for functions that are cumbersome to do on the touch screen while driving - "Save Video Clip", "Open Glove Box", - Ability to adjust the sensitivity of "Auto" Wipers setting. - Allow weather radar to overlay the GPS navigation screen, to avoid...

Made the right call upgrading from EAP to FSD for 2k

I guess I found out about the $2,000 FSD offer after it had expired. I never received an email or message on the Tesla app or anything directly from Tesla about it. So, the only way to find out about special deals is through blogs like this?

Windshield wipers are horrible, and arguably dangerous

The Model 3 auto wipers have gradually gotten better but still don't work as well as my 2016 Prius. One thing that happened to be twice recently in my Model 3 when going from bright sunlight to a very dark parking garage, the auto wipers would turn on and not turn off until I switched them off
