Did you try rebooting the car? When I first got my ccs adapter it didn’t work, on my second or third location I rebooted the car and bam started working. Since I’ve charged around 30 times from CCS and I believe only had to reboot one other time for it.

I wouldn’t discount the weight in the car. I have the same box and if it’s empty and normal driving it doesn’t add very much but some wind noise, maybe 10-15%. If the car is loaded for a trip I definitely notice the hit.

I think the general rule is around 2 weeks, it’s pretty quick. I ordered mine and used delivered korea as a reshipper and got it in around 10 days. I think most people are right around or just under 2 weeks using Harumio in the US. Longer if they’re out of stock on their case.

Took a trip last week in MI that shaved 25 minutes and over 30 miles off my trip vs the route I’d have to take for a SuperCharger. There were 2 chargepoint DCFC station I could use. I mostly got it as a backup and for situations exactly like that, just more options.

No the car hasn’t come with the 14-50 for a couple years now, just the 5-15. You can usually buy them from your local service center though, even if they’re out of stock on the website. I think that’s the only one the SC’s stock.

Same, no issues here. I’ve had more problems with popcorn getting stuck in the flush belt receivers then anything. I have had a bit of color transfer on the front seat, but once in awhile I’ll use a wet rag and it’s gone with a simple wipe.

Have you opted out of arbitration yet? I think the window to do it is within 30 days of delivery. I’m not sure a lemon law is an option if you have an arbitration agreement in place. They may do it, but I don’t think they’re obligated to do it.
