I think this a memory allocation issue. You can sometimes cause it to occur when Auto-piloting and loading a resource heavy web page. Look at us guinea pigs doing the testing for Musk. HIRE ME!

There might not be enough users experiencing this issue. And if you delete all your old text messages, I think the issue will go away since it removes the potential overflow problem. Alternatively, you could always try another texting app .

I think it's actually a combination of the phone that's causing it as the car fetches messages without an active Android notification. If the notification is still persistent in the status bar, Tesla fetches an old message (sometimes) and then the new one in quick succession.

Also happened to me yesterday. Not sure what caused it. Soft reset while in autopilot fixed it but was a bit scary.

Yes. Same thing here. Audio resets if you start the soft reset process.

I think it'll take longer for them to process the rebates when they reach the September applications because there's many more. I applied Sept 8, still waiting.

Why this isn't a tax deduction or simply knocked off the price of the car makes no sense to me (as I sit here financially bleeding to death).

What was your configuration? My order was a day before yours and I made it by the skin of my teeth. Maybe they can "deliver" the car pre-dated. I do find it completely ridiculous that after 51 days of discrimination, the MTO thinks it's alright to just say hey, 10 days to deliver all the cars...

I can understand your frustration as well as everyone who also canceled. I'm surprised that there's nothing that can be done from a legal perspective. The anxiety this has caused everyone has been awful. Those that haven't canceled aren't out of hot water just yet, there's no promise that...

I called Tesla just now and they're very careful not to promise anything. It's in the hands of the MTO now. I hope we an extension to the wind-down period for this fiasco.

Rep in Toronto just told me prospective winnings from this Model 3 fiasco are not going to customers and Ontario's hard-line stance on being assholes isn't going to change. I'm canceling my order now. :(

That's excellent news for those who didn't cancel and who are still in limbo but there's no guarantee they will win nor is there any guarantee customers will see anything from this. :( I hope to hear from Tesla soon.

If there are any lawyers out there... For those of us that have already installed the charger but can no longer buy the vehicle, can we sue to have the government pay back the incentive for that portion?

Sorry to hear that. My situation is similar. Where many canceled their order because it was no longer worthwhile for them to buy the car without the incentive, I actually cannot buy it because I don't have enough money to do so (including the money I've borrowed and personal items I've sold)...

If they don't win the lawsuit, it wouldn't make sense for them to deliver. I can only imagine (from reading this forum) that most people have canceled their order because it no longer makes financial sense for them to buy the car. I can't afford the car but I'm still holding onto my order. :(...

The limbo anxiety is the greatest fear here. If you follow through with the purchase (assuming orders in before July and delivery before September) and submit the rebate paperwork, they've worded it in such a way that they can reject you and you're suddenly 14000$ in the hole. It's unfair to...
