Interesting, when I drove in it was open but there was a security guard hanging out at the entrance. Based on a comment from superchargers.info people were charging past midnight last night. What time did you drive by?

Yes, it's open 24 hours. I charged last night at around 10:30 PM, all the gates are closed except for the one on A Street (the south side of the parking palace). The marked location on the in-car map accurately shows this as the entrance.
