I was there as well at 10:45 am. I checked in and the guy said “Your paperwork is ready. Sir I have to tell you that our system was down all yesterday and we haven’t recovered yet. Paperwork is really behind.”
I thought I misheard him initially because why else would he warn me. Then he says...
Finally broke down and called. Customer support said that editing the order does reset your position in the queue (which I had figured would be possible when I did it). I was given the standard 3-5 weeks when I made the update, which was no big deal, but he's telling me it's more like 1-3 months...
I waited until the 21st of April to configure but was incited the 18th. Still no word. I did change my color from blue to white June 24th, so I guess that probably negatively effected things. It seems like the Bay Area is either seriously backlogged though. Either that or I’m lost in the system.
