All of the trim on the MSLR is gloss black, so I selected gloss black for my spoiler. Love it. This particular spoiler is from Tsportline. Very impressed with the quality and look after 4 months.

you are 100% correct, and I put my MY order on hold to make sure I get a car out of Austin. But for me, the additional 16-20% of range that the 4680s will deliver is also very attractive.

2,000 miles on the car since taking delivery in early December. Basic review: LOVE IT. Have had zero issues. And the latest software update giving the blind spot camera view when a turn signal is on is awesome. I have taken 3 trips of 250+ highway miles. Rides so smooth on the highway...

Totally agree on the blind spot camera view. Love that new feature, but the camera view needs to be moved up to top of screen for easier viewing.

Same here. I have the latest software version on my 2 week old MSLR but do not have the noise cancellation feature. Not sure why.

Last follow up. Tesla Mobile Service tech just delivered the missing pieces. They arrived a lot faster than I thought they would, given that the order was placed 6 days ago. The car is now complete. Attached are the final pics. Ceramic window tint completed two days ago. 33%. Signing off...

Follow up to this posting. The missing parts are being delivered to me at my house in about 2 hours by the Tesla mobile service rep. He called this morning asking if he can come out and deliver them.

Oh yeah for sure. 20 and 21 are very different. No confusion there. There was mention of 21 weather tech mats for Model S not fitting in a 22 Model S...unless I read his comments wrong. I would be shocked if 21 and 22 Model S dimensions we different at all on anything.

To be clear....the pieces that cover these two areas. I did fashion a temporary fix for the sub trunk out of plywood....

I did get the side shelf. Sub trunk cover...the bigger piece....is one of the pieces that was missing.

Two parts were missing. 1. the trunk shelf and 2. the flat piece that covers the sub trunk.

Attached screen shot shows how I worded the missing parts in the service request, and shows the parts that are now on order that shows in my app.

Hmmm. I never thought to consider that.

I had this ceramic coating applied. Opti Coat It’s 4 total layers. Took 2 days. He Coated all surfaces including the wheel caps. Not the windows. He also did a full paint cleaning treatment (buffing, etc) to remove surface iron deposits before coating. Made the white really pop. $3k total.

I really have no idea. Any additional drag is really of no concern to me. And I can tell you that the driving noise in this car is minimal. Super quiet cabin. Much quieter than my model S 2017

Yep. My buddy and I removed it. First applied heat with a heat gun, and then used fishing line to slice through the adhesive tape. Worked quite easily.

He is going to coat the caps. Next summer I am going to get the alloys underneath powder coated black to match the car's trim. Also, the 19s look WAY better in person than I thought they would. I really like them. I was originally thinking I was going to get a set of 21s for the summer, but...
