I did a trade in, the Las Vegas person is the one who sends you the packet to sign. Takes a few days after you send it back to finalize your clear to deliver status.

Just let it expire and apply again when you are definitely closer, as they will run your credit again. The same goes for trade-in, Especially if trading with Tesla, get the trade-in quote only when you know it is close, as they will lower your 2nd offer.

Yeah, I did Carmax today. They informed me they do not sell Tesla so they just took pics and sent to auction buyers who low balled it.

Just checked my account and MVPA was there, VIN178xx. Asked for final payment which I submitted. Now for the final waiting stretch.:( My finance had expired a month ago but they still have the same in the MVPA so not sure if they will renew it or I have to do something.

No that is not true. All my docs were accepted in March and I have no VIN. Still waiting and ordered last year at launch. To complete your docs you can just submit your existing insurance and it will put you in completed state.

I am also waiting for white interior. If you look at the spreadsheet only about 4 or 5 white interiors have been delivered. It is probably why they are delayed. The rep told me that they do see more white interiors being released and they expect some in the next Texas batch 3rd and 4th week of June.

Like any company out there you will find good and bad experiences when dealing with Tesla. Mostly their communication sucks but you will find some that really try and almost make up for the bad. Ah, so just a remote controlled switch - The "Wirel;ess relay" threw me off In that case I wopuld rather do this and you can then turn it ON/OFF with Alexa or IFTTT or have it turn off automatically when you are home. Wi-Fi Enabled Relay module
