    5% increase in power

Thanks guys. I live in LA so most of the needed power is actually 0-45 because of traffic and merging. Lol. I rarely get use of power over 45mph. Most of the time freeways are a parking lot anyhow I suppose! You’ll get the update soon phantasm!

    5% increase in power

I have the LR AWD non-P....I finally got my 8.5 update yesterday that says I get the 5% increase for power/acceleration. The tesla.com website still shows the 0-60 for an AWD non-P at 4.5 seconds. Does that mean the increase happens after the 60 mph mark or are they just not updating the site...

Sentry Mode filling my USB flash drive extremely quick

@Knightshade - That cloud would also solve the problem where the thief takes your flash drive too! I'm hoping they at least start where sentry mode overwrites itself over a period of time like the dash cam does if not saved.

Sentry Mode filling my USB flash drive extremely quick

@gilscales thanks for the links...much appreciated! I'm still hoping they change the way Sentry mode saves files though. Even with these big ones we'll have to delete files a few times a year.

Sentry Mode filling my USB flash drive extremely quick

Hi all, I only have a 32 GB flash drive and I always like to turn Sentry Mode on but it fills up my saved folder super fast. It's rather annoying that every two weeks I have to take out my flash drive and empty out the save folder. I'm hoping future updates will either allow us to empty it...

Installing a NEMO 14-50 outlet advice

I don’t know what gauge wire but the distance is decent since the outlet and the breakers are on opposite sides of a two car garage.

Installing a NEMO 14-50 outlet advice

Got it thanks all for all the info. This was all VERY helpful. This is a brand new house so there was no previous owner. From what I gathered from everyone this is what I have concluded: I can install a NEMA 14-50 socket even though it is a 40A breaker and use it for the gen 2 UMC since it...

Installing a NEMO 14-50 outlet advice

I'm also going to check out your FAQ...good stuff. Thanks! It conflicts with other sites I've seen so hopefully yours is right. I've posted this question elsewhere and most people have responded that I could use the NEMA 14-50 on the 40A breaker and it would be fine on the 32A charger but now...

Installing a NEMO 14-50 outlet advice

Got it, thanks boatvera. Is there another NEMA type outlet that I could install that would account for this or do I have to have an electrican change out my breaker? I'm also not sure if the wiring has it's limitations too.

Installing a NEMO 14-50 outlet advice

Hi all, I've moved into a new home and am a first time Tesla owner and noticed that in my garage there is a outlet cover that says "EV Charger". When I took off the cover there are wires beneath it as well as a breaker in my electrical panel that says EV Charger and has 40 on it (which I'm...
