Do ask your delivery specialist to be really specific here. I scanned the hard copy agreements provided on delivery as part of the application requirements.

I think it’s always operated this way... if a car has not been approved as an actual EV, how can it even be determined I’d its in the program.. there has to be a list to say which car is ev and which car is not

It doesn't matter if they are delivered on time anymore, as of now, Teslas delivered after July 11 does not qualify for the incentive.

The official statement has been sent via email and as it stands Tesla is not eligible. Here is to hope that Tesla is still reaching out the MTO to try and rectify this.
