Had the car for 18 days now: 1100 km, 151 wh/km total average. Work commute is on Highway 1 for approx 70 kms @ 120kmh round trip. AWD, no aero covers. Usually driving in the city like a maniac, flooring as needed. No idea how I'm getting these numbers as I was expecting around 170-200wh/km...

Just switched to BCAA today. Saved over $700 in insurance. Amazing customer service and would highly recommend the staff at the location in North Van.

FYI - Just an update. Picked up my Red AWD Model 3 and things went smoothly. Was there for about 3 hours though waiting for paperwork so the DA gave us a full tour...very useful! Apparently they are no longer doing that because of so many deliveries though.

Whats your config? Also were you at the west 4th or downtown location? Was it a black AWD Model 3 or Model S? I think their demo right now is a model S. Never heard of anyone getting an AWD in Vancouver, nor Canada yet....

It comes down to whether or not you know how to drive in the snow. Some people are idiots and like to drive like its summer - if that is you then I'd definitely recommend winter tires. You can get through most snow seasons if you keep your distance, stop early, leave early, and accelerate...

So based off this info... you used about 25% which is about 77 miles for a 70 mile trip. Is this highway or city? So this appears to be less efficient?.. perhaps not since you have been having "fun" driving there?

I believe they all come wrapped. Most of the time in transport the wind, etc causes the wrapping to come off partially so the truck driver will take most of it off and put it in the trunk to prevent any issues on the road (eg. wrapping flying off on highway and obstructing another driver's vision).
