    Elon Standard Time Scalar

    I think I have figured out the Elon Standard Time Scalar (tm). It is the value of Pi. I believe that Elon thinks of time in units of radians. Around Aug. 1, Elon said V9 would be out at the end of August. Multiply 1 month by 3.14 and you get somewhere around the 4th of Nov. So my prediction...

    Hey, just got the 9.0 update!

    Just like Elon said, it would be released by the end of August. It is amazing! It has a bunch of new features, like: Atari games, and the version card that says "V9.0"! Actually, just kidding. I always love the disappointment of no FSD functionality still.

    Just got a loaner S with AP1. It is still better than AP2.5

    It seems to be much smoother keeping the center of the lane. It was great finally being able to auto lane-change on surface streets. Plus the dash showed the correct vehicle type. Is version 9.0 supposed to enable auto lane-change for AP2 cars?

    At this point, FSD would be worth the price if all it did was turn off AP nag!

    I took my Model S to the SC a couple of weeks ago and told them not to update the software (I had 2018.14.1). Of course, they went ahead and did it anyway. Autopilot is now completely unusable with the 20 second nags. I almost never use it anymore because if my hand has to be on the wheel all...
