How did you get RPM Tesla to ship your spoiler? I’ve already waited 4 weeks and can’t even get a ship date from them.

Who did you talk to about getting the new delivery date? Someone in Raleigh or your ISA? My delivery date was last Thursday (9/13). Of course, this was cancelled due to Florence. My ISA hasn’t responded with a new date yet. I also have paid in full.

Great question! I think you can always ask to take delivery at the Raleigh office, instead of home delivery. I hope you have better luck than I did with that request. Also, I wonder if we can just pay the Tesla associate with a cashier’s check when he brings the car?

You should be OK. My ISA said that I could bring a guest. I have a conflict, so I’ll continue to be Tesla-less for a while. You guys have fun!

They just need to add another sales/SC in the area, IMHO. Like a new one in Durham or Chapel Hill. Just having two in the whole state is probably unsustainable.

Hey folks, thanks for all of the great comments and suggestions! I'm glad I didn't actually speak with the ISA when he called yesterday, because I definitely would have said no to Charlotte -- still fuming over yesterday's Raleigh cancellation. But I'll give it some thought.

Just got this e-mail. I’m still pretty po about getting my second delivery appointment cancelled. I wonder if this second class treatment will spill over to getting the car serviced, too. I’d hate to have to wait at the back of the line for maintenance, too. Charlotte is a 6-hour round-trip...

“Brian”, who took my call from the Tesla Delivery number for Raleigh, told me today that two truck deliveries are made each week from Charlotte to Raleigh.

I’m still thinking about it. I’m on the Raleigh schedule for a Wednesday delivery. Not too optimistic about that, though. I called on Friday and was told the car was still in Charlotte. I’ll swing by the SC on Tuesday afternoon to check the status.

@srharris22 I have only been contacted by my ISA in Nevada. He had to schedule 19 deliveries for either Raleigh or Charlotte (by Raleigh folk) the day he talked to me. Eddie is his name.

My appointment is at the SC: Raleigh Service 8800 Westgate Park Drive The Sales office is at 8831.

I went by the Tesla Raleigh offices on Saturday for the first time. I didn't realize that the Service and Sales centers were in separate buildings, so I visited both. Both offices are in an office park -- pretty small lobby areas. I didn't see a storage lot at either office. At the Sales...

Just got a firm date for delivery at the Raleigh SC. My car is STILL in Charlotte! Which is only 3 hours away. The earliest I can take delivery is a week from today (8/20). I’m tempted to drive to Charlotte just to take a look at it.

I’d love to see a pic of those 300 M3s sitting in the Charlotte parking lot. Mine is the white one with the sport wheels. No EAP. 6/27/18 - Order 6/30/18 - Configure 7/27/18 - ISA calls, vehicle already shipped! Probably got someone else’s reconfigure. VIN is 479xx, btw.

Some of those cars need to be sent to the Raleigh SC. One of the white ones is mine. :) Not sure why they need to go through Charlotte first, though. But this is what I was told.
