You can always get better suspension adjustment parts from Mountain Pass Performance if you are worried, I just rotate and flip alot, lol.

It really depends on setup, but a couple of minutes max

On regular days, I do not adjust ride height unless there is a really large incline I need to clear, I only air out for shows or events. So day to day usage is quite minimal for me.
