Mailed my form 2nd or 3rd week of September and got my $3k in the mail today! (7-8 weeks) Had a purchase price of exactly $60k, no trade in.

Delivery scheduled for tomorrow BUT got a call this afternoon saying my 3 hasn't arrived yet and delivery will need to be rescheduled. Follow-up call to reschedule to Saturday. Same VIN, just a short delay.

You didn't get the reference for that definition of "purchase price" did you? It seems counterintuitive, and could lead to a $3,000 mistake. Edit: Never mind, I went back and read the reference quoted above. It's right there, I just had to read it a couple of times to be sure! :)

I can't do that in mobile, hence the "view-source" method I posted earlier. Definitely no plain-text numeric "XXXXX" string shown. Was curious if there's a way to decide what is shown.

Sorry if this has been beaten to death elsewhere, but how did you figure out your "decoded VIN". I've got a jumble of characters. Is there something to do to find the VIN from that?

OK, I think I figured it out. I appended "view - source:" to the front of the site address and then searched for "EncodedVin". I guess I don't have one assigned yet .
