@pawlik Check the top nuts on the damper, torque to 12ft/lb ~ 16Nm. There are two thin nuts stacked together, tighten the first one to 16Nm then add the second one and tighten to 16Nm. I use a bit of blue Loctite to prevent future loosening.

How about sun? I'm in sunny California. At the right time of the day (1~2hrs after sunrise and before sunset) the sun is at the perfect angle that blinds camera. This have happened many times to the B-pillar cameras and front cameras.

Two years and over 20k miles, no problem with my 255/40/19.

Glass is just one way to cover the hole. There are other materials that are lighter that does the same. But glass is probably the most cost efficient option, factoring finishing and installation costs of the piece.

I use CRC disk brake quiet to “glue” the outboard pads without clip to the caliper. Works very well to reduce drag and noise from lose pads. It’s easy to remove CRC when it’s time for new pads.

Why are you using standard sizes? All Tesla bolts are metric.

I bend the bracket slightly to get it in the right position. Raise and move the seat forward to get access to the bolt.

There is plenty of room with 19”. Some 18” like Dekogram or Apex will fit too. Not the best angle. But there is 15-20mm of clearance with my 19x9+35.

The only thing I remember is that there isn't a spot where the stud could go in straight. It has to start at an angle then you rotate the hub a little while maneuvering the stud as well. I think the cavity in post #50 might be it, or perhaps it's somewhere else.
