    Previously drove a 1995 Ford Bronco with lift kit, so I'd say it was definitely worth the wait. If they only kept you up to date on the delivery after you purchase the car, it would have been perfectly fine ... but they don't ... at all.

    At this point I am beyond irate with their lack of customer service. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with, and by far the biggest purchase outside my house. I wouldn't even put up with this level of service from McDonalds.

    Same, three delays, except the only reason I've been given is "it hasn't left the holding area yet". Worst consumer experience ever. They've managed to ruin a very exciting purchase.

    Good luck getting a delivery in Texas. I had everything set, configured and VIN assigned 6/28, full payment on 7/5, delivery set for 7/28, great right? They called the day before delivery saying the car didn't make it onto the truck and it'd be another few weeks. New delivery date 8/14. Still...
