That's an attractive monthly payment.That said, I think it's doubtful you'll get any of the down money. It's generally a bad idea to put money down on a car lease. Would you be willing to waive the down payment if somebody is just willing to assume the monthly?

Yep. Tesla adds on a 4 year warranty, usually adds FSD as well. Also they dropped the price on a new Tesla 3k this AM. That has to be factored in as well....

I'm confused on the mileage. You'd said 15k a year, it's a 36 month lease. Shouldn't that mean that you have a max of 45k mi on the lease total? Thus if you put 11k on it, should have 34k left to drive over 22 mos. That's a LOT better situation than 17k over 22 mos. Or am I misunderstanding?

How are you getting price data from only used Tesla? I asked, because the prices depicted there are not necessarily the sale prices. I spoke about this very question with the site operator.he says he asks people to update the sales price, but has no way to guarantee if they actually do or not...
