In it’s current state dashcam is not worth a premium. A Blackvue system would be a better investment. If Tesla could utilize all the cameras to provide complete visual coverage of the car, that would be worth considering.

I didn’t order it with the car. Right after delivery I received a 14-day trial. It took me a few days to get used to it and now I’m hooked. Can’t do the purchase right now but will in the future.

This happens to me frequently as well. The car has been asleep for hours so it takes a few moments for the wireless connections to activate. It's not unlike when you wake your smartphone or computer. Heck - it's a computer with wheels and a big battery. ;)

Love it but I wouldn’t trust myself to put it on without screwing it up.

I have a friend who owns ramps - hopefully that should make it easier to install.
