Elon should take tesla private and buy each shares for $4,000. I think Tesla will reach $1 trillion in market-cap within 5-6 years which would make each share worth $5,800 so even at $4,000 that's a 30% discount from intrinsic value.

Even with almost no competition, Tesla is incinerating cash, failing to improving profit margins, and accumulating excessive amounts of debt. The company will get crushed when major auto companies like daimler and bmw enters the market. IMO, Tesla's shareholders will get slaughtered by the debt...
