Question for everyone. So I updated my insurance with the VIN provided. Unfortunately, the VIN doesn't exist in their systems (they say the letters are off). When we flip an 'F' for a 'E' - their system finds the Model Y. Is this a common issue?

Interesting. I was told November delivery for my X - blue on white, 100d, sonic carbon wheels, standard black trim. Ordered 9/18, confirmed 9/21. Reservation number but no VIN. BTW - When can you use the app? My app says "no product linked" or something like that. Once you get a VIN?

Agree totally. You just spent $100k on a car. If they crashed it into another car, at least have the decency to offer you something. In fact, how many "referrals" is a crashed Model X worth? I'd say at least 5 -> Give the man/woman a power wall for free. Damn!
