you are still under warranty, there is nothing to worry about software updates til your vehicle warranty expires, at that time if software updates brick your vehicle, tesla might charge you.

I have done reinstall several times with out issue, I got update couple of months ago, it did not install correctly I got headlight issues, reinstall corrected the issue.

try going in service mode, and do software reinstall. this will reinstall the same version that was on the computer, maybe there is some module did not install correctly.

is your car still under warranty? if yes, call tesla road side, ask for a spare, install spare and I would take it to discount tires to get it install with the new replacement tire. If you have jack and tools, you could swap your wheels with the loaner. and return the loaner back to service...

I think they have an 1 year or 12000 mile on replacement parts. maybe ask if there is a manufacture warranty on the part.

you could buy used parts, and do software module reinstall, seems the full reinstall donot work for some reason.

2018 x100D - 2024.44.30.4 seems to fix the issue for now.

Do you have three phase 208volt commercial power? I dont think tesla power adapter will work with three phase. you might have to use 3rd party three phase power adapters.

have you try putting the wheel that have issues in the back and put the good ones in the front? this should make the car less noticeable.

Tesla changed the safety score, in the beginning it was for everyone, later they changed it only for Tesla that have Tesla Insurance.

Lets start a service request for this issue. I just created one today, lets see what they say. We could give Tesla some time to fix this safety issue. If not we could all file complaint with NHTSA. with the service request we have it in writing to back up our claim.
