I have exactly the same problem with my 2018 MS; pain in the upper back/shoulders and neck. I must have tried to adjust the seat a thousand times, but no improvement. Long journeys get pretty painful. @Reefdiver did you ever find a solution?

My dealer is in the process of adjusting the headlight levels. However, even if this results in a decent improvement, I’d still rather have the full brightness the US cars have if possible.
