    Well I got the car back Thursday and so far everything running great. I guess it was just a bad module. Looking forward to driving the car now. Alls well that ends well.

    Thanks. I do too. I am glad your issue got resolved. I feel the same way in that I am not 100 percent confident they found the problem. Their words to me were “we will change the module and see if that fixes the problem”. Not exactly real confident.

    I have found that arbitration favors the paying party or large company. I do not anticipate ever having this come into play. I liken it to term life insurance, don’t expect to ever need it but it’s there just in case.

    Well 2 weeks later and I have finally learned that they THINK it is a faulty “computer module”. Supposed to be fixed next week. We shall see.

    I would say I had an early failure rate. I picked up my model 3 Friday and charged it at home Friday night. Midway through the night I get a notification on my app that the charging was interrupted. Then I get two more notifications about service and powering down. I try to put it in tow mode...
