Remaining baterry in % is meaningless is you do not now power consumption. Moreover, enegey screen where you can see how long you can drive before depleting batery was not kind of hidden even before. Now it worse.

I am mostly charging at home, but is not cheap anymore as well. In 2006 in WI electricity cost .105/kWh, now it is .137/kWh. Almost .30% more it is 60% more from 2003 Price of gasoline barely changed from 2006..... Honestly, I expect that price of electricity will rise faster than price of gas.

My key fob (BMW) is always in my pocket, however my phone, during driving is usual out, so, once and a while a forget my phone in the car. I do not see how I can forget key fob. You can unlock and even start a lot of GM cars with the phone, but car will not move, or open door without fob is present.
