At 40A it shouldn't be too bad according to my electrician, but it might jump the breaker. If we really need more than 40A then we will require to change the breaker to a 50A one, but so far no need. The wire can support up to 55A.

I'm not sure they won't rust though, in another thread someone told me they're hard steel and not aluminum so surface rust is possible. It's better to touch up with some paint :Will Jack points rust?

That's insane, they delivered the car with Jack points all scratched up? How did they convince you to accept it?

Difficult to say, if you accept the car that triggers a recognized revenue for their financial statements so this is important for investor confidence and stock price. When you reject, they have to transport the car and get it reassigned to another buyer. This process can be quite expensive...
