Just got a new set of wheels so will be selling my 2018 18" Aeros.

What does everybody think about having a general Tesla discussion section in addition in one for each Tesla model? I personally spend 90% of my time here on the Model 3 section but there are a lot of other general discussions going on in the S, Y, and other sections which is relevant to the 3 as...
Want to buy a Boring Company flamethrower.
Looking for local cash sellers first.
Offering $2000 to $2400 depending on condition (used, new, etc.), serial number range, and would also be interested in the BC fire extinguisher as well if available.
Has anyone come across a better subwoofer that's the same size and can run in the OEM box and amp? I'd prefer not to run additional wires, amps, etc. The factory one gets pretty loud but it doesn't sound that great. Curious to see if there are any simple upgrades available.
I noticed a small puddle of water underneath my car and looked to find a continuous slow drip near the front of the battery. It was parked for less than 2 minutes and I had the AC running. Is this from the AC condensation or something I should have service look at?

Lately I've been watching my screen during launches from a stop and noticed I'm not getting max acceleration with the bar only reaching about ~80% for the first second. Acceleration feels same as before though I haven't always been watching the screen so not sure if this is recent or not.
I...
Brian from i1Tesla put out this new spring mod video that makes the frunk way easier to close and also opens without that loud thud. They're only $5 so I bought it mostly because those struts were sold out for months after his video but I'm not entirely sure how safe these are yet. Thoughts...
If we assumed that Robotaxi goes live without regulatory challenges and is accepted and adopted by the public, would the average person who just wants a method of transportation still own a car?
From Tesla's autonomy day, if a Robotaxi charges $0.30 per mile, then riding in one is cheaper than...
Elon just mentioned Tesla will be launching an insurance product by next month on the earnings call. Not much details as of yet. I suppose it would cover FSD in the future? What do you think?
Tesla to offer insurance in about a month, Musk says
Just installed my frunk struts and the auto-opening works well. Now considering upgrading the rear with the red springs but haven't come across much info on them.
For those who have it, does it make the trunk harder to close with the spring in the way? Would the weight of a performance spoiler...
According to the latest update on Tesla.com, EAP is now $3k and is basically autosteer only.
Navigate on Autopilot, Autopark, and Summon are now all under FSD. This is quite disappointing. Hopefully Tesla can make things right for us earlier adopters who paid $5k for EAP.
If I lose NoA...
"Electric carmaker Tesla suspended all orders on its website and redirected users to a page teasing a mystery announcement CEO Elon Musk said is coming at 5 p.m. ET Thursday. Whatever Tesla will launch is still a mystery. Investors have been expecting updates on several fronts, including the...
Has anybody tried running staggered rim diameters between the front and rear?
235/45R18 in front
265/35R19 in rear
They have identical overall diameters as well. Would this be a good compromise for pothole resistance in the front while still looking good in the rear? I would consider 18"...
First time I've had a chance to do a proper wash this year. Thought I'd share a before and after photo.
Dirt mostly from last week's snow:
After wash and seal.
There looks to be some white streaks on the bumper but it's light coming through a fence. I actually went to check after seeing...
I'm still looking for a set of aftermarket wheels and are considering either the VMR V710FF or TSW Nurburgring. How is the quality of either of these wheels or brands? I've heard VMR's tend to bend easy but the FF (flow formed) ones should be stronger?
Would be great to hear some experiences...
This is the second time I noticed this at the Newport NJ supercharger. I was the only car there but it showed only 12 of 20 stalls available. There is a Model S parked all the way at the end, but it wasn't taking up a supercharger stall and not plugged in. During my entire supercharge only...
What can I do to improve the initial bite of my brakes and reduce the mushy feeling? In my previous cars, the weight of my foot on the brakes would be as strong as regen in warm weather and stopping was mostly effortless. In the model 3, the brakes are quite the opposite and not at all...
How reliable has the virtual surrounding been for everyone? The times that I’ve monitored it, it seems to be accurate with distance and positioning and have not once missed a vehicle - though cars still teleport when stopped. I’m also using it more and more as a blind spot checker as well. Has...
Since I received my Model 3 about three weeks ago, I have almost never seen anything under 300 Wh/mile. Usual range for me was easily 350-450 Wh/mile. Since it was new I didn't think much of it but eventually realized I had pretty poor range. I noticed a few guys talking about not using their...
I've been trying to get my signed PO for a week now to finalize the bank loan and still have not received a single call or message back from Tesla. I'm scheduled for delivery this Friday as well. What's the typical turnaround time for a signed PO?
Anyone know if increased regenerative braking is applied when pressing the physical brakes? From what Tesla mentioned in the Track Mode update, regenerative braking could be further increased but less comfortable. However couldn't extra regenerative braking be applied when using the standard...
I'm wondering because I have a 119k vin that won't arrive in NJ for another 2+ weeks, but I was just told today there's a 128k available in inventory also in NJ? Oddly, it's also Silver which isn't order-able? Seems a bit unusual to me though I'm mostly just wondering with the hopes that my car...
Has anyone tried mounting their EZPass under the vent or grill in the trunk? I usually take mine out and hold it while going through tolls because I don't like it on the windshield. Would be great if it can be mounted in a hidden area.
How much would changing tires from the OE Michelin all seasons to a set of performance all seasons or summer tires affect the range by on an AWD M3?
Would Tesla be willing to buy back the tires (even at a discount) before delivery if I ordered a new set of tires for them to install?
