I wonder how I can convince TESLA to activate my other inverter since they dont "support" the Solar Edge app. Anyone have any suggestions?

I have a 14.9kw system 42 panels. Just got access to the solar edge app but kind of confused. I have 2 inverters but only shows 1 on the layout (so I'm assuming TESLA only registered 1 inverter with Solaredge and not both). Also, TESLA did not complete my layout on the app they kept it default...

I think I'm noticing something similar. I'm thinking the gateway loses "connection" for some time and when it does it doesn't count the #'s accumulated during the lost connection.

Just got PTO from utility but can I actually turn on my system without tesla actually activating the gateway on their end? Its Saturday and my advisor is off till Monday.

It all depends how many days a year do u get like this. If it was for a week per year I would just let it be as you said if its not broke why fix.

question......what calls for a site visit??? I have a install date but they never once mentioned a site visit before install. I've seen a few people mention on here that they had site visits.

Did anyone ever call TESLA weekly to see if they had cancellations to get install date moved up?

Just like the title says after a month and half of going back and fourth, changing layouts due to code, dealing with local inspectors. I finally got an install date 10/7/20 :(....Was hoping for next week!!! I know that is being to hopeful. Any one else in the NY area with a 2 month wait also?

Its looks like aluminum due to the ends being burnt. However at the end of the video I show the panel and you can clearly see they are copper wire .
