Has anyone tried to adjust door striker ? Might make the seal tighter on the window. I may give that a try to see if I see any results. I’ll check and see if it’s even mis aligned.

I too think it may be coming from the tears from the gusset. Mine looks exactly identical. Has anyone tried re-aligning the window? This is not same as calibrating, but where you pop the bottom rubber pieces off at bottom of the door and loosening screws to push the window in further.

I'm thinking it could be caused by the GUSSET. mine has a tear at the very top edge of the triangle. Some suburu's with framless windows had this problem and was resolved by replacing the Gusset.
