Model Y top glass replacement, Massachusetts

That was the same response I received when I spoke with Safelight. So it had to go through the insurance company directly (instead of through their glass repair arm). After contacting Safelight and finding only Tesla could do the repair and that they weren't an approved glass repair shop, I...

Model Y top glass replacement, Massachusetts

We have generally had good experience with service, both remote and at the dealer (my wife has a 3). But they aren’t conveniently located and as there are more Teslas on the road they won’t be able to keep up without opening more service centers or certifying other mechanics

Model Y top glass replacement, Massachusetts

I have a 2' crack in the top glass of my model Y. I used the Tesla app to schedule and appt but was later told by the first 2 service centers I was scheduled at (Watertown and Dedham), that they don't replace the top glass. They suggested I use Safelite Auto glass. After a few calls I found...

Traffic Light and Stop Sign Control (BETA) for those that have HW3 and FSD

We have had an issue with the BETA, in my Model Y, that as I approach a green light, the car slows down significantly until we are nearly at the light, then proceeds through. I stopped using the feature because of this because whenever the car slows or brakes unexpectedly I feel it could cause...

    Navigate on Autopilot Thoughts?

We live in Massachusetts and the off ramps have significant curves with speed limits ranging from 25mph to 45mph. I have never let Navigate in Autopilot take me into as offramp as it approaches at full highway speed long after I would have slowed down to prepare for the curve. Perhaps it is...

2% Battery Degradation in 1 Month

I apologize. You are correct. We have been charging it at 90%. That’s what it came set st and we left it as my wife has a long drive too and from work. However, I don’t believe that changes the percent decrease as we haven’t altered the charge point from when we left the dealer.

2% Battery Degradation in 1 Month
