Is "Liquid Metal" a legitimate wheel manufacturer?

Like seemingly most of the inexpensive wheels sold on Discount Tire, I can't find much about this company. Has anyone used or have any experience with Liquid Metal wheels? (I'm specifically looking at their "Shift" wheel for use as my winter wheels.)

    Condensation inside camera glass?

Hi all, A number of times recently I’ve seen condensation on the inside of the glass between the side cameras and the exterior. This morning I got a “camera obscured, blind spot detection compromised” error message. Has this happened to others? Is there anything I can do about it?

Anyone else notice degraded Lane Change functionality with 2019.8.5?

I got the 2019.8.5 update this past week (M3 LR AWD) then a day or two later was driving home from Boston and turned on auto steer and navigate on autopilot. Hoo boy. Every. Single. lane change failed. The car would begin to change lanes, cut back into the original lane, start to change lanes...

Stated Battery Capacity / EPA Economy / Mileage Does Not Add Up

Hi all, Since I got my car (Model 3 Long-Range Dual Motor (not Performance)) I've been curious about the math behind the stated range & consumption. Tesla says the (long range) battery capacity is 75 kWh. They say the range on a full charge is 310 miles. If you do that math, 75,000 / 310 = 242...

Tesla's Delivery Difficulties Nov-Dec 2018; or, The Odyssey of My Model 3 Delivery

Hi all, I'm writing this just for the sake of letting others know what I've experienced re: the delivery of my Model 3. TL;DR: it appears Tesla is moving an enormous number of cars, and is struggling a bit with the volume and some unexpected hiccups, and is working hard to get people their cars...

Winter driving advice, winter tire choices, etc.

Brand new owner here (actually not-even-owner yet; I pick up my car in 2 weeks). I am planning to buy a second set of wheels to run studded snow tires (we get a lot of snow & ice where I live). My car is a non-Performance dual-motor AWD, long-range/extended battery Model 3. I've done this on...

Range / Mileage / Efficiency Loss with Aftermarket / 3rd Party Wheels?

Hi all, New Model 3 (AWD, ext. battery) owner here (picking up the car in two weeks). I ordered the 18" Aero wheels (didn't want to spend the $1500 for the 19" wheels... or the money on 19" tires!), but I'm going to be in the market for a second set of wheels for summer/winter tire swapping...

New Model 3 owner - What should I know?

Hi all, I just got my delivery date for my Model 3... Nov. 29! This will be my first electric vehicle, so there is a lot for me to learn! Based on my reading about charging I went ahead and installed a 240V 60A circuit in my garage (picture below)... at least for the immediate future I think...

Picking up my Model 3 on Nov. 29 :-)

Hi all, I've been a Tesla fan for years now (and a TMC lurker for several months ), but now that I have my delivery date, I figured I should sign up for an account here! Located in the Northeast US (I kind of bounce between Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts), and I ordered a...
