Yup, have tried rebooting using the steering wheel buttons, as well as rebooting through the touchscreen menu, problem still happens on a daily basis.

I'm having a similar issue. I asked Tesla to add EAP this morning (after given a delivery of this Friday), and it hasn't updated yet, so I haven't gotten my final order agreement. Because I'm still waiting on Tesla, I can't get my bank to send the check yet.

Come on, man. Tesla isn't searching the forums and somehow linking forum usernames with accounts registered to tesla.com and then holding back deliveries to these people. The guy who had a delivery is an anomaly.

Yeah. $35k at 1.99% over 48 months would be a $759/month payment. While I can afford that, I'd rather not spread myself out too thin.

Would you rather take a $30k 4 year loan at 1.99% for a car without EAP (total interest $1,248), or a $35k 5 year loan at 2.99% for a car WITH EAP (total interest $2,740)? I really wish Tesla didn't charge up the ass for EAP, especially after you purchase the car.

Campbell was a No for me as well, the loan lady sounded pissed when I asked if I could qualify being from California. Guess my best option is Pasadena at 2.99%?
