@JohnD - I stopped by there on Thanksgiving day and the four temporary chargers were still working. The did seem to charge at a slower rate -- added about 50 miles in 25 minutes, but it was at the top end of my charge range (from 71% - 89%). I was surprised that there was not anyone else there...
