Update on my update: Ran into Tesla energy guy at channel view, he says the parts for Lake Charels and Baton Rouge should have arrived at his house in Houston today and if they did he will go tomorrow morning to repair.

Update: as of now Dec1 2021 8:30 am. LKC supercharger is down 2 stalls, others seem to work well.

My Car says limited service at lake Charels now, any intel on how limited? I have a hard tim skipping it on my trips to MD Anderson Houston, my old car would need to spend a LONG time in channel view to make it home to lafayette without LKC.

The Restaurant in the hotel at Channelview is actually pretty good, I recommend the burger, the Dutch chef is excellent. That said, I can't wait for the Gen 3 to open up at Buccees a few miles away.

No issue at all for supercharger in Lafayette. If you encounter any problems hit me up, I have a house (on PlugShare) about a mile from Supercharger in Lafayette.

Well, it still doesn’t work, but different issue now.

Here’s what I get.

They are ALL down. I get “Supercharger stall out of service Try a different stall” at all plugs.

I’ll check in about 30 minutes to see if any are working. In the past the temporary closure has meant that 1 or 2 individual plugs were not working. if you get stuck I’m on PlugShare super close by and have 80 amp HPWC

It works, we are just down to 4 stalls. There is a massive water leak that I’m assuming is preventing the others from being turned on.

I'm in the same boat as everyone else. I made 2 identical 800 mile trips to Florida one before and one after. After added 4 hours each way to my trip.

There is a Miata battery that you might be able to make work, but would be a challenge. The Tesla one is easiest for sure. I have the Lithium one, if it wasn't for service center refusing to even hand tighten the terminals it would be problem free.

Good chance it is just the fuse. There is a good youtube video on how to change it. That was problem with my car several months ago and I'm still charging problem free.

Allegedly the replacement is a master. both gen1 40 amp They are both externally identical short manufacturing date. I’m Not absolutely sure though.

I happened across a Supercharger in Florida that didn’t show up on Tesla map, plug share or google maps but was full on busy. I will say that it only charged at 35KW peak for me and cut out repeatedly, but it was open and working. So just because it isn’t on a map doesn’t mean much of anything.
