Yup, rim were powder coated. He even painted the wheel caps the same gun metal color (I asked him to, I'm not sure he does it by default).

I had Luis power coat my 19" sport wheels gun metal grey with satin finish. They turned out great! I also had him paint my calipers red. I definitely recommend Luis. He told me that he only does one Tesla at a time in order to keep the quality of his work high and keep the turn around fast (1 day).
