I've tried everything I can think of to get Plex to work but I keep getting the screen in the attached photo. I am able to connect to my Plex server via the phone app with no problems. Any suggestions?

This may have worked! Under battery setting was a Launch option, and it was set to automatic, I changed to Manual and turned on Runin background, hopefully this works, thanks!

I used to have an LG G5 and it worked perfectly, the app was always open in the background and the phone key always unlocked the door automatically. I just upgraded to a Huawei Mate 10 Pro and now the app won't stay open, I have to re-open it every time I want to get into the car. Any suggestions?

I wish I had some advice. It's been 40 days since I took delivery and the referral still hasn't shown up, and they still won't return my phone calls.

UPDATE: A week ago I emailed customer support about this. Today I get this following response: "Hello and thank you for contacting Tesla. It looks like your vehicle was not ordered witha referral code, could you please provide us with the code so we can add it to your car?" ARGH

I'm on 42.4. I was under the impression that software was put onto the car and all I had to do was install it, but it sounds like they just pushed it for me to download at home, which kind of defeats the purpose of asking as I told him I have lousy wifi.

Well I guess it's good that I won't need an annual service, I know they're constrained by their policies and can't really reduce or waive any fees. He sounded like he felt bad about the error, at the end of the day I'm not in a worse position than I would have been anyway.

I wouldn't have had a problem with it if the original paperwork didn't say right on it that the fee was included in the price quote. As I said, "minor aggravation", not a deal breaker or anything.
