This recently occurred to me in both TACC and AP. I wasn’t paying attention to the visualization screen, but the alarms went off for me to take over. I hadn’t gotten any nags when I was in AP and it shouldn’t have happened in TACC mode.

The app and the map display showed the SC was operational, but no indication of stall status. I was going to charge in Irvine but opted to use Fountain Valley. Didn’t want to take the chance.

Thanks for the reply. I returned to Palm Springs and enabled the overheat feature and disabled sentry mode. When I returned, I found no issues with AP. The last time I had to drive two hours on SoCal congested freeways with no AP. It was painful to say the least.

I believe the bigger challenge is the Irvine Company, which owns the Spectrum. There is usually a premium cost to any business wanting to lease property, or in this case space. There is a slim chance that Irvine gets a SC and an even slimmer chance that it would be on Irvine company property.

This morning I noticed the Santa Ana SC was down for service. This may have created some additional traffic at Westminster today. I’m surprised that the Westminster SC is still not as busy as I expected. (I’m not complaining.)

Take the Telsa! I've taken many long road trips and my only constraint is the additional time needed to charge, but AP and Slacker music favorites make it a no brainer for me. There is also a supercharger station at Victoria Garden mall in Rancho, so you can top off before you it the road.

Just noticed that the OC got a set of superchargers in Westminster. I haven't had the opportunity to check out the location yet, but it shows there are 24 stalls. These are very much needed in the OC!
