    Autocross without Cones

Yes, I love the drones! The only competitor that beat me this year was Bill Thorp (by 7/10th) in his highly-modified Porsche on Hoosiers. He only made it to one event. Guy Drier won Mod class for the season driving his BMW and Porsche, but was always a couple seconds behind my times. No other...

Thanks. Yes, I always run the Partybox with Track Mode. It removes the power cut nannies that you get with Track Mode by itself.

    Autocross without Cones

I'm cone challenged, but enjoy these tight mini-track events. Fastest time of the day and won my class for the season. I ran this season in Prep class and earned the only perfect score for the season - winning all four events that I attended. They are changing the rules next year to bump...

Looking to buy MPP partybox for Autocross

Good call on the Performance. I sold my RWD after tracking it for two years and bought a Performance. You'll still want the Partybox though. Even with Track Mode, the nannies still kick in at the worst times. The PB really lets you get the power down.

Model 3 Challenge @ Willow Springs Intl Raceway!

This is fantastic news as it open up possibilities for more entries. I was able to try out the CPC spec power functionality last weekend at Streets of Willow and it was a blast! I ran consistent laps in the minute-26 range for a full 20-minute session and the car felt great all the way through...

Touge2Track puts on interesting events. Last weekend was on two separate tracks at Willow Springs. I was able to get a few laps in at Streets of Willow in the morning and spent the rest of the day at Horse Thief Mile in their Touge Battle. I was top seed out of qualifying with a 1:04.9 lap...

Touge style autocross challenge on a short track. Lead car gets green flag, follow car has 5 seconds to get into position and then gets green flag to go. That 5 seconds goes quicker than expected, you have to get on it to not lose time. If you widen or close the gap by 2+ seconds you win...

This is going to be epic! Thank you so much for all the effort you've put in to make it a reality. I see that Grid Life is opening registration for Streets tomorrow. Will there be a Model 3 Challenge option on their site, or will it be done separately or at a later date?

Track Night in America event at Autoclub Speedway Infield course. It is well suited for the Tesla. Not much time between sessions so I didn't leave to supercharge. Started this final session at 47% battery, ended at 18%. Fastest lap of the day set with the battery under 30% as I was just...

I use HANS with the 4pt QuickFit Pro. Because it plugs into the OEM buckle, the airbags are still active, but I feel the HANS is needed too, but I don't know. The harness key benefit is that I feel more stable. The strength of the seatback has not been tested by Schroth, so the key safety...

Acceleration Boost vs Third Party Hacks

That's true when comparing to the accel boost that Tesla offers. But, for a LR AWD owner wants the full power of the P, and has the right rear motor, the Ghost module is the only way to get it.

Acceleration Boost vs Third Party Hacks

Yeah, and some of us in that time period were lucky and got the "Stealth P" model directly from Tesla, which was an AWD with the 980 motor upgraded to P software for $2k over the price of the standard AWD.

Autocross- SCCA EV-X Class vs. SS

Yes, it is good. I don't AX much, but where it matters most on a road course is putting power down out of the corners. The stock VSC cuts power when there is too much steering input, which is annoying. With the PartyBox power is there and it is up to driver to unwind properly with appropriate...
