I was told the car was sitting in Costa Mesa and would be delivered to me on a specific day in early December, but all I see when I go to my account is a reservation number, trade-in info and cash due. Should I not see the VIN?

Buying online with free delivery is easiest. Is there any delay before they are shipped? Alternatively, are they available at Service Center? My car is due in ten days. I'd like the charger ready and wonder when I can schedule an electrician.
