    The agony of a 10yo Model S 85 with 300 000+ km

320,000 km is not so bad .... Considering the car is essentially worn out in ways that are uneconomical to fix, I am surprised they gave you even modest trade in value. We won't know for another 8-10 years what Tesla has learned from these older Model S, and what that means for the way cars made...

Supercharger - San Rafael, CA (LIVE 4 Feb 2023, 8 stalls)

One possible reason they picked this location: there are many, many large apartment buildings just a few blocks away on the other side of the freeway. My car suddenly refused to use cruise control, or any other autopilot features today. When I called support they said that this is currently their number 1 reason for calls, 5:1 over all other calls. The support person said that a bug in the most recent software is the reason, and that there is...

Is the current NoA helpful or harmful?

Yep - the current state of navigate on autopilot is very much like driving with a teen ager who got their license a few months ago. But before the recent updates it was like driving with a kid who got their learner's permit yesterday. The rate of improvement is tolerable. I do find Navigate on...
