How do I complaint against the Lawrenceville service centrer? They have at this point literally stolen my car by not provoviding me an update or eta on when my car will be returned. Any suggestions?

I am not even trying Jug handle or complex cases. Just simple exit on turnpike and NoA changes lane to left. And it’s consistent. Feel like a GPS issue than an autopilot issue. How do we escalate this?

I have noticed the problem in more than one exit. But def southbound exit 8A.

When I am on NoA, and nearing my exit, my Model 3 decides to change lane in opposite direction. So instead of changing lane to right in order to exit, it always changes lane to left. This happens only on NJ Turnpike and works fine on other highways. Any idea?
