Honestly, I wouldn't have known it wasn't the stock blue if you hadn't told me. Too similar. I think something even brighter like Audi's Nogaro or Sepang Blue would've been nice.

Okay, but the black & gold plates I believe are still offered as special interest plate option. Do you just not want to pay the extra annual fees?

Just to confirm, your plates are the standard plain white wrapped in the black/gold? Can't they easily tell at night when it doesn't reflect? I've been wanting the old school blue background with yellow numbers for the longest time, but they haven't brought them back.

If you have an eligible LR AWD, you can jump straight to the Ghost with a single purchase and remote programming. That's what I did. I had contemplated getting the Boost through Tesla, but then came upon this. So I got stealth Performance for less than the Tesla Boost.

How long did entire service take? He only checked the brake fluid, not replace/flush? I thought brake fluid needs to be flushed every 2 years, regardless of mileage/use as it degrades over time.

Does yours open enough to simply pull the door's edge open consistently? Mine does it about 80% of the time. The other 20%, it barely pops it out so I still have to use the handle. It's one of the added features for the Ghost module.

Sounds like a pretty good deal you got with the trade, coming out with a year newer vehicle plus cash. I had a 2015 S4 prior to my Tesla, so understand your decision. In a perfect world, I would put the Model 3's powertrain and software in that S4. I'd put a deposit down on that in a heartbeat...

Just for clarification, it is indeed resellable and transferable, as long as the vehicle it's going to is compatible with the upgrade. The transfer fee is currently $100.

That would be a steal here in the bay area. That's about the going rate for vinyl wraps. Full PPF would be approximately doubled.

Understood. I was referring to that remote programming part to remove/reinstall before and after his service visit. I can't imagine Ingenext will keep doing that for free after the initial install.
