I understand that completely. I've lost a child (nothing compares to that), and most recently both of my parents. It does put things into perspective, but we can still feel frustration over other issues...not even close to the same degree, but it's still there.

Thank you! I was a little surprised and taken back by that comment..."Other people's problems are WAY bigger than yours." Not the kindest thing to say to someone, especially when they don't walk in the other person's shoes. Thanks for having my back. :)

Thanks for the info. I guess you can't believe everything you read on the internet , haha (ie: no dampers on an X). I'll be taking it into Tesla service soon to get this checked out. I sure hope they can help me!

It's funny because when I purchased the car, I had several people tell me "the lower the suspension setting, the smoother the ride." lol So I set it to low. I'll try it higher today and see if that makes a difference.

It has brand new Pirelli tires on it. I'd hate to invest AGAIN in more new tires, but if it softened the ride considerably, it would be worth it. I literally can't stand to drive my new X. I feel like it's going to rattle my brain out of my head!

The wheels are 20" with brand new Pirelli tires. I test drove a new model X last week and was DYING over how smooth it was. It was a completely different ride than mine. I'd definitely call my ride "harsh." I've even had passengers mention it to me that my ride is incredibly rough.
