Slightly Larger should be fine, The france owner I mention in the conversation with you is running the 245/35/20 instead of OEM 235/35/20 on his model 3 Performance. (Which is 0.3" taller than OEM) If you prefer to play safe, 295/35/20 is also another option you can consider.

@drdonger is right. They are 100% cast wheel. Fully Forged wheel would be A LOT lighter ( the spokes would also be a lot thinner)

You are correct. Castrol SRF is expensive, but you don't have to bleed as often because of the high wet boiling point. I've personally used them on my previous F80 M3, 991.2 GT3, and GT4. Firm pedal feel and doesn't require light bleeding after each track day.
