Corrupted USB in 2019.5.4

Adding more data points: Update 2019.5.4 has bricked my 64GB ADATA USB stick and it is unrecoverable. The drive does not show on two different machines. Tried using diskpart, diskmgmt, minitool partition wizard. Oh well.
