    Car quit at 7%

    Is this normal? 3 emails to Tesla and no response. Phone call to Tesla rep had no idea? Level 2 charger I was counting on was unserviceable. No SC'ers for 500 kms. Had to continue to get to a 110V outlet but car stopped and said that charging was required at 7%??
