Right Pillar Camera Blocked or Blinded

Me too. Every morning driving into work. Camera(s) blinded, no auto pilot. Same most evenings, as previous poster said... most commutes happen when the sun is low in the sky. So basically, no auto pilot when it's sunny or cold. Which is most of the time. Service says this is normal/expected.

I absolutely Love driving my Tesla

I'm 'only' 58, but I love my car SO MUCH. It ain't healthy, but I can't help it! Really enjoyed this thread, it helped release some of my Tesla-love. Might give my family a break from hearing me rave. I try to control myself and just repeat 'oh! That car...!!!'. But really, there's so...

    Getting too used to Autopilot

Nice thread--great summary of who/what/how EAP is performing for people. I agree, the Tesla is incredibly fun to drive, but I'd rather it drive for me. It is great for daily commutes where you know where it performs well and where it can't. I drive a 40 mile round trip commute every day and...

Poll on Model 3 Air Vents

Absolutely love the vent system! I'm picky about my hair flow, and my m3 works great for me!

You. Will. Never. Go. Back. Oh, the love. Maybe not healthy to love a car this much.

    Model 3 Autopilot First Impressions

My daily commute is 40 miles round trip. About 1/2 on a 3 lane boulevard and 1/2 on a 3 lane interstate. I use EAP everywhere except for interchanges, on-off ramps and (obviously) turns. I 've been making this drive with autopilot for about 5 months now, and I can say it performs flawlessly...

    Glitches...

Thanks ewoodrick and VT_EE! Okay, c/d/e/f weren't too hard for me to swallow, but a/b really scare me if I"m supposed to trust the software/hardware to be controlling my car! I'll contact Tesla and see what they have to say. What a shame--it's such a gorgeous creature. To have software...

    Glitches...

I've been driving my model 3 for a few weeks now and have encountered several glitches, and I have some questions. Have others experienced these and do you have any advice for fixes? - Today while driving with TACC, the UI indicated TACC it was still on, even after I pushed up on the right...

Just me, or do voice controls not work 50% of the time?

hmm, maybe my issue is related to lack of connectivity--I'm seeing that very often I have no LTE, which I think is causing other issues too. And I do just push the button, not hold it down...

Just me, or do voice controls not work 50% of the time?

Oh and yes: I've never been able to successfully make a call with it. "Call " (whoever) doesn't work. What does work pretty well is the navigation--"navigate to the nearest Costco" works great!

Just me, or do voice controls not work 50% of the time?

No question more voice controls are desperately needed--I could control almost everything with my C-max. I would say a high priority is the windshield wiper controls--the auto setting generally isn't fast enough for me, so when the light ran changes to a deluge, I'm desperately jabbing at the...

Setting max cruise control to actual speed

This is wonderful--thanks so much! I read at length a discussion of how dangerous it is to turn on when it plans to go at a much higher speed than you're currently going--think SCHOOL ZONE, or wrong speed limit info. The main street I use near my home has info showing the speed limit 10 MPH...
