    I have experienced the same issues for the past two days. My Tesla 3, (VIN 7200's) software 2018 44.2 has been using my Tesla wall charger (48A) circuit without issue for almost 4 months, and normally charges at ~45-48 km/hr. Current weather is cool, and car is parked in an unheated garage...
