    Wrapped center console in Alcantara

I don't use the key card, I use my phone. But the friction should def. be higher than the glossy surface.

    Wrapped center console in Alcantara

I tried a different approach and covered the center console in "Alcantara". I like the result very much, the edges can be modelled very well (I've never used foil before - went well the first time). Can be easily fixed and removed again and tried again. In addition, the film is very "stretchy"...

PSA: Please don't expect any FSD features this year, or even early next year, really

Could someone help me to understand why there are several official Tesla Autopilot videos from 3-4 years ago, demonstrating a pretty decent L3 system which seems to work better than the system they have in place right now? like this one (I can't find the older one with the Model S) Is the...

Stain on my ultra white seat!

I was wondering if you have been able to remove the stain by now? Some Model S users stated in their videos that the white seats can be cleaned very easily. I really want them, too, since they look much nicer that the black ones (at least for me). But if you can't get rid of some jeans stain it...

    Security problem?

According to this video it seems to be pretty easy to get into the car. Is there nothing like an ultrasonic alarm system? Even my 2011 Opel Insignia did have this

    Model 3 Performance 0-200kph (124mph) times available?

I'm wondering if there are supercars (except Bugatti and Koenigsegg maybe) that achieve sub 4s 0-60mph / 0-100kph without launch control? Since it's either turbo charged or high rev engines - both require some time to get going from idle.

Performance not getting 310 miles promised

sorry, I maybe got you wrong.. with "except friction braking" you mean that friction braking is more efficient than regen braking? I assume that regen braking is more efficient if you come to a full stop (and need the full stop) without the need of the friction brake. Don't you think so?

Performance not getting 310 miles promised

that's what I meant.. If I'm driving in the city I will need to brake at some point (red light, car in front of me, etc..) - that's why we have brakes, right? :) If I use regen braking in those situations and don't need my actual brakes, it's good for efficiency. Not needing to brake at all...

Performance not getting 310 miles promised

you're suggesting that the the actual "overshooting" is accountable for the bad efficiency, not the regen braking itself, right? because regen braking per se should be beneficial regarding efficiency!?

    Model 3 Performance 0-200kph (124mph) times available?

The RS3 will do 3.6 only with launch control. Drivemode dynamic, S-tronic in sport, ESP off, hit breaks, hit full throttle, release gas after 1-2s. The show effect and drama is nice the first few times. But after that it's just stress and hustle and you never do it on a regular basis... Just...

    Model 3 Performance 0-200kph (124mph) times available?

Okay, seems like it's pretty much the same from 0-100 and 100-200 just without the need to engage launch control and draw attention to oneself. Cool :) Thank you!

    Model 3 Performance 0-200kph (124mph) times available?

Hi there, I'm going to sell my 436hp Audi RS3 8V and buy a P3D. The Audi does 0-100kph (62mph) in 3.6s with launch control and 0-200kph (124mph) in 13,6s. So 100-200kph roughly takes 10s in general. I was wondering if there are any 0-200 / 100-200 times for the P3D? I assume that the Audi...
